As you will be aware, the Government will introduce the new Covid-19 Protection Framework, effective from 11.59pm on the 2nd December. This operates under a traffic light system with varying restrictions for Indoor Sports facilities, at Red, Orange and Green.

As a result of these restrictions, from the 3rd December, members and all persons who are eligible to receive the Covid-19 vaccine entering the Table Tennis Stadium must be fully vaccinated to enter and will need to show their Vaccine Pass (paper or digital) in order to gain access.

Exercise is an important way to build natural immunity and we all know that the physical and mental benefits of exercise are immense. We are proud and privileged to be part of the health and fitness industry and want to ensure our facility remains open for all of our members and casual players so that they can continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle through exercise. To do this, we need to operate under Government regulations.

Here is a summary of the process you will be expected to follow on your visit under the new Covid-19 Protection Framework, commencing 3 Dec 2021:

Upon entry to the Table Tennis Stadium present your Vaccine Pass to the duty person at the reception area. The Vaccine Pass may be presented in either digital or print form.

Scan in using the NZ Covid-19 Tracer App or manually sign in. This is compulsory.

We are grateful for the ongoing support of our wonderful members, community and staff. Our staff are here to help and make this Government mandated process as seamless as possible. Any disruptive behaviour towards staff or fellow members will not be tolerated, therefore we would appreciate your support as we navigate through these difficult times. Should you have any questions or wish to discuss your personal situation or membership, please contact the Stadium Manager.
