Round 11 Results

New procedure for collection of Interclub table fees

From the 1st of February when interclub starts again every team will have to have paid for their teams table fees before any game sheets will be handed out. Meaning our café helpers will be able to confirm all game fees are fully paid before play commences. Thereby eliminating the problem of non-payment. Once the second team has paid they will be given the game sheet so the matche can commence. If a team knows that a player is going to be late they need to pay for them and the late player can reimburse them when they arrive (they can get change from the café at any time). If a team knows they are going to be short (i.e. only have 2 players) then they can let the café person know and will get their sheet after paying for the players present. The most efficient way for the teams to manage this new system would be to arrange that the first person who arrives at the stadium pays for the whole team and then the other players can pay them back. We will implement this new payment procedure from the second week of interclub recommencing for this year so that we can also let the players know by a microphone announcement during the first week so they are prepared for it for the following week.
